💷 Donations for all classes and refreshments are going to our fundraiser for Shine - the charity supporting people living with spina bifida and hydrocephalus. 

🏃‍♀️This is because Claire is running the London Marathon in April 2027 for Shine, the charity which supports her mother Veronica who has a form of hydrocephalus.

😊 We love having open days to introduce new people to the studio, and to welcome back our regulars in a fun way. Join us, and bring a friend!

How to book: ideally book in through our usual booking page. You choose the event you'd like to attend and purchase that. We're asking for a donation of £1 to secure your place but you can donate whatever amount you like above that as it's all going to charity. You need to register for the event/s you wish to attend. 

If you can't use online booking please send us an email to [email protected] with what you'd like and we'll get you booked in. 

Accessibility: the groundfloor room is wheelchair accessible and we have a toilet that is partially adapted on the ground floor as well. You can view our accessibility modifications in this document. Unfortunately we do not have a lift. The refreshments are upstairs but don't worry, we can bring things down to you if you can't make it upstairs!
