Hi, I’m Niamh,

I stumbled onto a healing journey around 2017, when every path I went down seemed to lead me further away from the connection and contentment I craved.

Discovering energy healing changed my world. It helped me let go and helped me feel a deeper sense of connection to myself and to life itself. Where my journey took me was where I didn’t even know I needed to go - back to myself.

I now combine all the things that helped me so much - energy healing, cacao, compassionate coaching, meditation and connecting with intuition. My circles are about creating safe spaces where people can reconnect, let go and align with their heart and soul.

My background is in social work, working for many years in the field of Probation, supporting people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. It taught me so much. I’m also a qualified coach, Reiki Master and Teacher of Presence, with training across a range of healing and personal growth modalities.

I continue to work in the field of trauma alongside my circles and 1-1 work. All things healing and personal growth are my passion, so it suits me well.

All are welcome at the circles and many who come along report not only a relaxing and insightful experience, but real tangible change in their lives - and that is the magic of energy healing.
