Tom has been doing yoga for 20 years and has recently fulfilled his passion to become a yoga teacher, focusing on inspiring men to invest in their own health and wellbeing.

Tom was looking for life insurance at 48 years old and a friend suggested a yoga class instead! His journey with creativity, breathwork and yoga over the past two decades has created a passion to give people the tools to create the best version of themselves that they can – no matter what point they are starting at.
Taster sessions
Tom will be offering two one-hour taster sessions – on Friday 13th Dec and Friday 10th Jan at 6-7pm. These are by donation - cash on the night.
Four-week block in 2025
In January he will run a 4-week block of hatha yoga and breathwork classes on Friday evenings 6-7pm.

These classes are perfect to wash away the week – destressing, working things out of your system and preparing to go into the weekend in a better frame of body and mind.
Men are often the minority in yoga classes which can be off-putting, especially if you are just beginning. These classes set out to change all that.
WHO THIS IS FOR
WHAT TO EXPECT
Tom creates a warm, supportive environment – a safe space where people can take risks without the fear of judgement.
You'll be warming up and opening the major joints, and linking your movement to the breath.
No equipment necessary, just come in loose clothing or shorts and practice barefoot.
Don’t eat for at least 2 hours before the class.
Tom is an experienced drama facilitator, award-winning actor and film-maker who has taken his yoga practice into unconventional settings including high security prisons. He set up an educational charity 25 years ago to empower marginalised people to find their voice and tell their story. He is passionate about social justice, creativity and equality. He has used creativity, yoga and breathwork to overcome adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma and addiction.
He is Artistic Director of esc films aiming to create radical and sustainable transformation in people’s lives.
He wants to share the benefits of what he discovered on his mat with others.
