Cathy recently completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in June 2025 but Yoga has had a steady influence in her life for over 20years. Yoga has helped Cathy find strength and stability during life’s challenges and blessings; providing a constancy regardless of what else is going on in her life.

"What drew me to teacher training wasn’t just a love of yoga, but a deep desire to understand it’s subtleties and complexities more fully."

In Cathy's classes, she will focus on gentle, mindful movement, breath awareness, and the powerful association between body and mind. Her hope is to offer a space where you can slow down, listen inward and deepen the connection to your true self.

  • From Sunday 3rd August 11-12pm
  • Six week block of classes
  • £10 drop in or £50 for 6 weeks

This Hatha based yoga session focuses on slow, mindful movements, deep stretches, and calming breathwork. Perfect for all levels, this class is ideal for releasing tension, increasing flexibility, and cultivating inner calm to set the tone for your week
