We're having a day of yoga classes taught by different teachers at Maitri Studio, and Hammy and his team from Mama Bobo restaurant are supplying some tasty Nigerian food. There will be yoga and food options for everyone! Check the list below for the different syles of yoga. And we'll ensure there are vegetarian and vegan dishes as well.

9.15-10.15am Stretch & Soothe yoga with Cathy O'Hagan (upstairs) - this hatha based yoga session focuses on slow, mindful movements, deep stretches, and calming breathwork.
9.30-10.30am Strong flow yoga with Diana Fyffe (ground floor) - an active flow class to get you moving with the breath and leave feeling strong and relaxed.
10.30-11.30am Experience Iyengar Yoga with Claire Ferry (upstairs) - a class with static poses to give you time to find your alignment, breathe easy and build strength and flexibility, as well as enjoy relaxation at the end.
10.45-11.45am Yoga for Menopause with Olivia McIntyre (ground floor) - find ways yoga can support you with common symptoms experienced during the peri and post menopausal stage of life.
11.45-12.45pm Yin yoga (womb cocoon) with Patricia Lubeck (upstairs) - a gentle yin yoga session, paired with soothing womb self massage, and guided visualisations to bring you into calm, grounded presence (for those with a womb and those who have had to let go of theirs).
12-1pm Yoga for Chronic Pain with Deirdre Heaney (ground floor) - a chair-based practice to help with chronic back, neck, leg, sciatic , headaches, myofascial pain and many other persistent conditions from a qualified senior Occupational Therapist.
1-2pm yoga Chakra flow yoga with Orla Wallace (upstairs) - a simple practice with full awareness, often using the chakra system to navigate the links between the physical, emotional and mental body.
1.15-2pm Yoga meditation with Claire (ground floor) - a guided seated or lying down meditative session, including some time in silence following the breath.
Food available between 11.30am and 2.30pm in Lotus room. Note this room is upstairs and unfortunately we have no lift, but we can bring you a selection if you are not able to make it up the stairs!
