Thai Yoga Massage (vibe: grounding, supportive, rejuvenating)

A traditional Thai yoga massage experience is a rhythmic, restoring, and rejuvenating one. The therapist uses a combination of acupressure, massage and gently applied yoga stretches using hands, feet and elbows in a flowing sequence.

Energy lines, acupressure points, muscles, ligaments and joints are stretched and opened stimulating flow. Its firm but meditative movements of pressing, rocking, and yoga-like positions have a distinctive quality. Because this massage is working on the different body layers (koshas) the release works on an emotional,  energetic and physical level. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical  and mental well being.  

Dress code: comfortable loose fitting clothing 

Oil Fusion Thai Yoga Massage (vibe: restoring, nourishing, profound relaxation)

An oil based massage on the futon mat using a blend of Thai yoga massage’s assisted stretching with deep tissue massage techniques to create a rhythmic, flowing experience that connects deeply with the body and nervous system.
The mix of dynamic postures with moments of flowing and static massage is deeply nourishing and leads to a sense of lightness, reducing tension and stress within the body, and improving physical and mental wellbeing.

Dress code: you'll be in shorts /  underwear with draping provided

• 60 Minutes: £55
• 75 Minutes: £62.50
• 90 Minutes: £70 (best length for this type of work)
• 120 Minutes: £95
