We're delighted that regular Maitri yoga teacher Steven Conville has joined forces with long-term student, Maitri friend and neighbour Scott Willis who has been learning to offer sound baths.

Unlock your mind and re-energise your being with some gentle yoga followed by an immersive sound healing experience.

Gentle yoga will last approximately 30 minutes followed by an extended 45min savasana sound experience using gongs and other instruments.

Please bring comfortable warm clothes and a cosy blanket and pillow. Mats are provided but you may wish to bring your own. Please don't eat 1.5hrs prior to the event.

During the sound bath you may experience forgotten memories or enter a dream like state as your mind slips into Theta and Delta states.

Relax, breathe and enjoy.
