These classes are perfect to wash away the week – destressing, working things out of your system and preparing to go into the weekend in a better frame of body and mind.
Men are often the minority in yoga classes which can be off-putting, especially if you are just beginning. These classes set out to change all that.
Who is this for:
- Men who don’t think yoga is for them!
- Absolute beginners, beginners, and anyone returning to yoga after a break
- People who want to make a new start with yoga and need some encouragement to try it out
- People who want to improve their own health and wellbeing, mental and physical
What to expect:
- Tom creates a warm, supportive environment – a safe space where people can take risks without the fear of judgement
- You'll be warming up and opening the major joints, and linking your movement to the breath
- No equipment necessary, just come in loose clothing or shorts and practice barefoot
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session starts to get settled in
- Don’t eat for at least 2 hours before the class
