XL yoga class

Join Steven for an XL yoga class on Sunday 19th July 11.30am-1.30pm

An extended version of my regular class with a workshop flavour to it. ​ Give yourself the gift of a more extended yoga practice, and join me for an in-depth session where you will have the luxury of time to dive deeper into different aspects of yoga. ​

In this two hour session, we move our bodies, quiet our minds, and tend to our hearts together and come out feeling recharged and restored.
