Gentle Beginnings : A Winter to Spring yoga workshop

Join Olivia and Lucie for a nourishing 2-hour yoga workshop inspired by the gentle shift from winter into early spring - a time of re-emergence, longer days and quiet new beginnings. 

As nature slowly awakens, this workshop offers space to honour both rest and renewal. 

We will begin with a grounding, gently energising Hatha Yoga practice to wake the body from winter's hibernation, followed by time to pause and integrate with optional journaling, silent meditation, herbal teas and light refreshments. 

We will close with a deeply restful Restorative Yoga practice allowing the body and nervous system to soften, settle and absorb the benefits of the afternoon.

This workshop is open to all, regardless of age, gender and background. 
Both physical practices will be accessible and adaptable to suit mobility issues.

No prior movement or meditation experience is required.

Come along in comfy clothes, cosy socks and bring anything you’d like to cocoon yourself towards the end of the practice. The studio has a lot of blankets and props that you are also free to use.
