Mind–Body Reset Fundraiser — A Step Toward Your Own Camino

On Sunday 19th April Deirdre is bringing people together for a powerful mind–body reset fundraiser inspired by the spirit of the Camino de Santiago.

Just like the Camino, this session is about slowing down, getting stronger, reconnecting with yourself, and taking one meaningful step at a time.

Think movement that energises, mindfulness that centres, and community spirit that lifts everyone up- all while supporting a cause that matters. Oh, and there will be refreshments and a wellness themed raffle too!!

Whether you’re craving clarity, calm, or a fresh start, this event is your invitation.
