Modern medicine sadly hasn’t yet caught up with the latest neuroscience, which has demonstrated over the last 20 years that chronic back, neck, leg, sciatic , headaches, myofascial pain and many other persistent conditions (Tinnitus, Dizziness, Irritable bowel syndrome) are actually caused by nervous system dysregulation: they are learned neural circuit responses to emotional or stress triggers, which have caused the brain and therefore nervous system to get stuck in survival mode, releasing stress chemicals into the body which create the physical symptoms.  `

Pain Reprocessing therapy is a powerful blend of education on how mind and body work together and a system of techniques to help retrain the nervous system to accurately interpret and respond to signals from the body. After a thorough initial assessment, the work can be done in one to one or small groups, in person or virtual. 

I am a qualified healthcare professional with over 20 years NHS clinical experience in working with long term conditions such as chronic pain & chronic fatigue. 

I am also a qualified yoga teacher with further training in trauma informed and somatic work.
