Join Niamh at the Soul Aligned Circle, which this month focuses on settling the nervous system.

Join Niamh for a calming and healing session to align your mind, heart and soul. Through cacao, guided meditation, oracle cards, gentle journalling, energy healing and inner journeying, you will be supported to turn inward, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create space for clarity and renewal.

Together, we will explore how to soften the impact of daily pressures on the body and mind, bringing awareness to what activates your system and how to return to a more grounded, regulated state. This is a gentle space to slow down, release stored tension, and return to a sense of calm and inner steadiness.

Expect to leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected, with a deeper sense of clarity and inner alignment.

The circle is open to anyone who feels the call to slow down, rebalance and reconnect

This workshop is suitable for anyone seeking greater calm, emotional wellbeing, clarity or connection with themselves.  Participants often experience deep relaxation, reduced stress, increased self-awareness and a renewed sense of inner balance.

About Niamh

Niamh is an Energy Alignment Coach and healer who supports people to come home to their true selves.

She has been on her own journey back to her heart and soul since 2017, when she realised a deep disconnection from her true self was keeping her in struggle in many areas of her life - especially within.

She now combines her personal experience with the modalities that supported her own transformation, including Reiki (Master level), Unity Field Healing, training as a teacher of presence with Eckhart Tolle, and heart-centred, trauma-informed coaching that supports deep emotional healing and personal transformation.

With a background in over 11 years experience in frontline social work, Niamh brings a grounded and compassionate approach to her work, creating safe spaces for healing, self-connection and inner alignment.

Through her experience, she has seen the impact of modern life - our busy minds, busy lives, and all that we can carry unhealed within, often blocking our light and vitality. She was inspired to create the Soul Aligned Circle to offer a space where people can slow down, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and realign with their heart and soul.

These circles are open to anyone who resonates with this and may be feeling a call for more peace, flow and alignment in their lives.
