A well-rounded accessible yoga class to leave you feeling open, calm, grounded and relaxed. This is my signature style incorporating breath-led slow flowing movements, breathwork, mudra, mantra, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.
The aim of these classes is to gift you with tools to bring greater ease in managing the stresses of daily life. You'll learn techniques to regulate your nervous system, release stress and tension from your body, quieten your mind and reconnect to the peaceful essence of your true Self
Open to all, including beginners, you are welcome just as you are. Plenty of modifications offered throughout so you can choose your own best practices.
In-Person Option will also give you instant access to attend online anytime you can't make it to the studio, and you'll also receive recordings of all sessions in the course to use until 31st December.

Take some time out of your busy week to ease stress, tension, anxiety and overwhelm. Relax your body, quieten your mind and drop into deep healing stillness, rest and rejuvenation.
Enjoy gentle accessible yogic practices that bring deep ease and calm, regulate your nervous system and drop you into the deepest rest of yogic sleep for healing transformation.
Each session will be live in studio, as well as being offered online and recorded. Recordings will be gifted to support you in home practice, as well as being helpful if you can't make any of the sessions in person. If you can't attend in studio, you're welcome to attend live online

Julie Preston, founder of TruYouWellness.Yoga, is a Senior Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance Professionals UK), Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Trauma-Informed Holistic Health & Wellness Coach. She’s known for her authenticity, warmth, compassion and intuition, which she uses to fufill her mission; empowering women to reconnect to their true selves by embracing simple, sustainable wellness tools.
Julie has been teaching since 2007 and has more than 15,000 hours of instruction under her belt. She has a lifelong passion for learning and has completed over 2,000 hours of formal yoga trainings. Julie’s specialist qualifications include Menopause Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga.
