Yoga with Diana

Class name: Yoga (beginners and beyond)
When: Monday 6.15-7.15pm in person

Diana from Peacelife Yoga offers small down to earth classes suitable for beginners. Her classes provide the opportunity to move the body, practice breathwork, switch off and relax - the perfect combination to leave you feeling strong, open and at ease in mind and body.

About Diana

Diana had been going to yoga classes on and off for about 13 years or so when, after the birth of her third child (now 5 years old), she started going to several classes a week and started up a home practice. Stepping onto the yoga mat became her time to switch off to all demands of being a working mum and to tune inwards, where she felt the benefits in all aspects of her life and she wanted to deepen her knowledge. Diana completed her yoga teacher training in June 2020 and since then has undertaken further training - a keen student always wanting to learn more and share it with her students.

As well as Monday night at Maitri, Diana teaches various classes across Belfast, including kids yoga, chair yoga and mindfulness.

Complete beginners or those returning to yoga are all very welcome and Diana prides herself on offering an inclusive class environment. Contact Diana to book your place.

Diana loves getting outdoors, spending time with her family and dog on their weekend caravan trips or cold water swimming at the local beaches.
