Flow and restore (beginner friendly) with Diana

Join Diana returns for a new term on Tuesday 2nd September 2025 6.15-7.15pm.

This class breaks down postures then weaves them together in various slow flows. Just the right balance of slow yet strong helping to build strength and flexibility in the body and mind.

Enjoy a down to earth class where all poses are optional and Diana will encourage you to move in a way that serves your body - which may be different each time you arrive on the mat.

After moving through the physical aspect of the class you will be guided into a state of relaxation with the use of sound bowls and music leaving you totally relaxed and restored.
