Yoga (beginners & beyond) with Diana

Join Diana every Monday evening at 6.15pm from 8th April 2024 for a yoga class suitable for beginners and those with more experience. Everyone is welcome regardless of ability or experience.

Each class includes movement, breathwork and relaxation helping us to relieve tension from the body and mind.

What better way to start the week than with yoga....these classes will help create openness in the body and mind. This is a down to earth class where all poses are optional and Diana will encourage you to move within the limits of your body - which may be different each week.
