I have been teaching this class for a couple of years now and it turns out that most people coming regularly to it are cyclists, runners, climbers or altogether active people (myself included!).
So by default, to adapt to their needs, this class became a weekly stretching session for athletes. In this class, we work on the breath, on areas of the body that might be particularly tight that week and on resilience, patience and balance - all needed if you practice a sport.
This is a practice open to all leading an active life, especially if you are feeling very stiff and feel the need to incorporate some slower movements in your week. You do not need to have practiced yoga before to join us. We are a very friendly bunch and you will feel right at home with us!
