For summer, Lucie is offering two yin yoga and yoga nidra classes : one on the 3rd of July and one on the 7th of August. 

Join Lucie for Yin and Yoga Nidra classes to explore your body, mind and soul. 

Yin Yoga is an introspective practice derived from Taoism and Chinese Medicine which allows us to connect with our sensations, inner dialogues and feelings. By giving yourself time, space and the gift of full relaxation, you can dive deep into yourself and create space for new things to come. If your life feels very "yang" and you feel the need to balance things out with stillness and calm, you might benefit a lot from Yin Yoga. The Yin Yoga practice will consist of simple, ground bases yoga poses held for a few minutes at a time and some gentle breath-led meditation. 

Yoga Nidra is a state of deep meditation and relaxation achieved through a guided meditation practice, helping the body and the mind to fully relax and bringing us to a dream-like state to find deep rest. It is practiced lying down but a seated version of the practice is available for people with mobility restrictions. 

Lucie will offer a wide range of options and variations of each pose to make them accessible for everyone in the room. There will be time for questions and to share experiences at the end. 

This weekly class is open to all and accessible to all levels of experience and practice as many modifications will be given during the practice.
 

• Date: 7-8.15pm on 3rd of July and 7th of August
• Investment: £40 for a four class pass (usable on the next block in September, dates tbc), £12 for a single class.
