Thai Yoga Massage Partner Workshop

A Traditional Thai yoga massage experience is a rhythmic, restoring, and rejuvenating one. In this workshop you will learn and practice some simple but effective Thai yoga massage routines that you can share with friends, partners, or family. You can sign up individually and be paired with someone on the day or you can sign up as a pair. You don’t need any prior massage experience to take part in this workshop; simply an interest or spark that interests you. Please wear comfortable clothing with ease of movement. You can watch the following video to get an idea of what Thai massage is. While we won’t go quite as in depth we’ll have a focus on the feet, the arms, and a few simple stretches that will be accessible to all.

While giving a Thai massage you will spend time in a kneeling position. Support can be provided for this, but this workshop might not be suitable if you have serious knee issues. Please get in touch with Steven to discuss how we can adapt to suit your needs.

Booking

All of these fundraising events are by donation. Minimum donation is £1 per person. We advise that a similar event at full price would be £20 per person as a suggested amount. All donations gratefully received. We have put an option up to buy a 'double' ticket at min donation £2 / suggested £40 - if you do that, please let us know who you'll be bringing so we can get them registered.
