Due to popular demand, the last Sunday of each month will be a fully restorative class consisting of fully supported restorative poses, yoga nidra and sound bath. 

Join me for a deeply restorative experience designed to soothe your body, quiet your your mind and refill your cup through:

• Gentle restorative poses
• Guided yoga Nidra ( yoga sleep meditation)
• Therapeutic Sound Bath to nurture the nervous system

Step into a space of stillness, warmth and renewal.

Allow yourself to be cared for, to soften, to rest, to receive.
