After a short summer break the Soul Aligned Circle returns on the 9th of August, a few days before the New Moon in Leo.

In line with this energy this session will have a focus on connecting with our heart and our own unique expression and tuning into our seeds of intention for the month ahead.

Join Niamh for a calming and healing session to come back to yourself, connect with your inner wisdom, release what is ready to go and align your mind, heart and soul.

There will be cacao, guided meditation, self-inquiry, optional sharing, energy healing and inner journeying.

About Niamh

Niamh is a coach and healer who supports people to come home to themselves.

With her background working in frontline social work for many years, she brings a grounded and compassionate approach, creating safe spaces for healing, self-connection and inner alignment.

Niamh has been on her own journey of healing and personal growth. She now combines a blend of coaching and healing modalities to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, strengthen self-trust and create lives that feel more peaceful, aligned and fulfilling.

Through her work and personal experience, she has seen the impact of modern life - our busy minds, busy lives and all that we can carry unhealed within - on our wellbeing. She created the Soul Aligned Circle as a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and realign their mind, heart and soul.

These circles are open to anyone who feels called for more peace, flow and alignment in their lives.
