Join Olivia (@omsanctuaryyoga) for a deeply nourishing restorative yoga workshop which will take place on the final Thursday of every month.

This class is a dedicated space to slow down, soften, and reset.

Restorative yoga uses supportive props and long held postures to calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite conscious rest into the body and mind. Perfect for all levels, restorative yoga is especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of stillness.

Expect a cosy candlelit atmosphere, guided relaxation, and space to breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. Pujamas and cosy socks encouraged!

Here's what Olivia says:

I first discovered yoga in a small community hall in Bangor as a very shy and anxious young adult. Yoga almost immediately felt to me like "coming home" and it still does every time I roll out my yoga mat. Yoga gives me confidence, respect for my body and the ability to quieten my busy mind.

I carried on my yoga practice throughout my 20s, but it wasn't until a trip to northern India in 2019 that I realised I needed to know more about the ancient practice. I completed my 200 hrs in Hatha Yoga at Santosha Yoga in Lisburn and now it fills me with joy to be able to share my learnings so far with others in my own yoga classes.

Om Sanctuary Yoga (Olivia) is a 500hr qualified yoga teacher offering Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative classes, workshops and events in Northern Ireland.
