The Morning Reset: Slow Flow with Portia
Summer is often a time of packed social calendars and busy schedules, which can leave us feeling exhausted and disconnected from ourselves. Give yourself permission to slow down. This class is a dedicated hour to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your centre.
- Mindful movement: A slow, intentional vinyasa flow suitable for all levels and abilities
- Tension release: Target the stiffness built up from long hours at a desk, melt away daily aches, and improve your overall mobility
- Balanced energy: Begin with grounding breathwork and end with deeply restorative postures
Leave your mat feeling balanced, replenished, and ready to embrace the rest of your day and week
What to expect:
- A warm, welcoming space, with relaxing music and ambience
- We begin each class by turning inward through breath and presence before flowing through a sequence designed to awaken both body and mind
- The practice concludes with calming, restorative movement, leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded
- First classes: 9-10am Tuesday 21st July - 25th August 2026
