Portia offers a morning flow class on Tuesdays 9-10am.

"For me, yoga has always been a precious moment in my day - a place where emotions can be felt, the noise of everyday life can quieten, and I can return to a sense of peace and presence."

Portia's yoga journey began with her grandmother, in a series of warm childhood memories shared on the mat with her. Years later, during Covid, yoga became an integral part of Portia's life as it provided her with a sense of stability and groundedness. It was during this time that she realised how amazing it would be to share this practice as a teacher. Turning that dream into reality, Portia completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Shambhala Yoga School in Tenerife in 2024.

Portia's classes are open to everyone, and she deeply emphasizes that yoga is for everybody. Sessions typically weave together pranayama, meditation, slow and mindful hatha and vinyasa movement, closing with a nourishing, restorative relaxation. She also likes to incorporate elements of somatic movement, chanting, and other reflective practices.

"At the heart of my teaching is the balance of yin and yang: cultivating energy and vitality while equally honouring stillness and inward exploration. I believe yoga is far more than just physical movement; it is a sacred opportunity to listen deeply, create space for whatever arises, and reconnect with your truest self in the present moment."
