Lucie offers classes welcoming every body types and levels of experience.
All classes follow the same pattern : breath control and awareness (pranayama), physical practice (asana) and meditation practice. Classes are friendly and non pretentious. Whether you are looking to stretch and recover physically or to deepen your self awareness and your practice of stillness, these classes could fit you well.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts and bring your own mat if you can, although we do have plenty at the studio too.
