This is a movement practice open to all and catered especially to stiff people who feel the need to incorporate some different type movement in their week. You do not need to have practiced yoga before to join us.
We are a very friendly and diverse bunch which a wide variety of ages and fitness levels and you will feel right at home with us!
Physical requirements : being able to sit on the floor, lie on the floor and stand.
Practices contain pranayama (breath practice), asana (physical practice) and dips into meditation practices.
All welcome to join in as we adapt the practice to everyone's needs and abilities.
Lucie has 6+ years of experience teaching, practices sports and teaches yoga on a daily basis. If you are a stiff athlete or someone looking to complement their training with recovery and stretching, this might be the class for you!
