My name is Annie and I am a long term yoga student and now, for over eight years, a teacher of yoga as well. The main focus of my compassion is rooted in the invisible, energetic world and to understand true manifestation. Through educating ourselves on the energetics, we can understand and see the diverse nature of the physical realm and our physical aspect, and so focus on the things we can affect. And that's the energetic balance and getting into alignment with our true, core, authentic, unconditioned Self. 

And this led for the birth of The Great Chakra Yoga workshop, and the extended eight weeks Chakra yoga course and nine weeks The Great Chakra Reset. Program.

The Great Chakra Yoga Workshop is a three hours workshop designed to understand chakras in their basics, from them how the physical aspect of ourselves manifest and what different yogic ways we can tune into, affect and balance them to experience more  of our balanced Self. 

It is an active workshop where we are going to practice chakra focused yoga movement (asana) practice, breathwork and mantras. We share embodied knowledge, so you leave after three hours with techniques learnt through experiencing, which can be used at home, building it in to your yoga practice or your personal energetic and spiritual practice.

The workshop is designed for those who exploring the reality beyond the veil, surface or physical level and who want to understand better the realm beyond, and who are ready to take their journey beyond the physical. Mostly people who spiritually interested of the mystic and energetic realms. Or those who loves yoga and ready to go deeper with their practice or who feel that yoga is deeper than just movement, breath and stretches.
