It’s a rare person who escapes this life without a crisis at one point or another. And when it happens we need support to get through it – we’re social creatures and we’re not meant to do this stuff on our own. Counselling can help to unpick and get support with your particular set of circumstances: it’s not a cure-all, but it is a safe space to talk things out, be heard, understood, witnessed and supported, breaking down the isolation that so often comes with chronic stress, loss, anxiety, low mood and trauma.

I’m trained as a person-centred therapist and have over 15 years of experience working in the field of trauma. My work is rooted in social justice including the experiences of people on the margins including LGBTQI+ and migrant communities. I’m trained in ecotherapy practice and offer nature-connection for individuals and groups.
