About Lisa

Lisa is a qualified Hatha yoga teacher completing her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2016 and was also part of the first group of teachers to complete level 1 Yin yoga teacher training in NI. She is also a qualified freestyle dance teacher. All of these allow her to teach from a holistic self-enquiry style, empowering students to question and explore the asanas.
