Do you fancy an evening amongst women, cozied up in little nests, sipping cacao, coming home to the hearth of the womb?

This a slow, spacious, nourishing, restoring workshop designed to explore the physical landscape of the abdomen as well as its mental, emotional, and spiritual ties. 

We'll journey through:
✨Sharing circle and cacao
✨Information and demo on the landscape of womb and abdomen
✨Hands on / mental womb mapping
✨Somatic / psychological/creative journaling, discussion, and therapeutic art to meet what is held in the womb safely and with compassion
✨Time to be cocooned in rebozos, and to integrate what may be moving through!

For those of you who want more hands on womb care, there's an opportunity to map your womb and inner organs - guided self massage and home made herbal oil included. 
If that sounds a bit intense, maybe you're just starting out, you can join the whole shabang working through a layer of clothing or tracing and noticing through your attention and mental awareness. 

It's a trauma-sensitive, connection fostering, and community care kinda space! Promise.
If you were born with a womb but had to let go of it through injury or illness (or any other reason really), you are also more than welcome in this space and all components will work similarly for you and your body landscape!
