Voices in Motion - A vocal and collective movement experience

Elisa is an intuitive improv vocal singer from South America and a playful natural movement influencer.  

Voices in Motion was inspired to bring out the unique rhythm within each individual, helping you find your unique voice and inner sound while staying connected to your body.  

In this practice, you’ll feel fully present and connected to yourself and others, just like when we were innocent children.  

Voices in Motion is all about discovering more joy in the way we move and express ourselves.  

It combines voice, movement, mindfulness, and improvisation to help you feel freer, more present, and more alive.  

Mixing science and technique with play and creativity opens up new ways to connect with your body and voice in a natural, expressive way.    

After Voices in Motion, you might experience the following:
