You’re invited to join Maggie for a Spring Equinox Gathering on Sunday 22nd March at 2-4.15pm. 

Imbolg is the time of year we see the first glimmers of Spring. Spring Equinox marks equal night and day. We may feel a push pull dynamic between Winter hibernating energy and the energy of the seeds we planted wanting to burst through the soil. This gathering offers a space to reflect and recalibrate our energy and direct it into ourselves and our ‘fiery arrows’ / seeds of intention for Spring and giving them the nurturance, tending and action they need to bud and bloom. The strengthening sun and fiery Brigid invite us to direct our time and energy into what we'd like to create in the world for ourselves, our communities and planet. 

This workshop will offer practices connecting to the energy of Spring Equinox;

• Somatics, Restorative, Yin & Yoga Nidra practices
• Celtic wisdom & ritual
• Gathering in community
• Creating a Spring Equinox altar

The workshop is a trauma-informed and mental health aware practice that is inclusive of all bodies and experiences. No prior movement or meditation experience is required. 

Come along in your comfy clothes, cosy socks and bring anything you’d like to add to the Samhain altar…be as creative as you like with this!
