Join Santi for five days of in depth training in somatic alignment.

8am-5.30pm Wednesday 18th - Sunday 22nd September 2024

This training offers a deep journey into body de-armouring, nervous system regulation, and the restoration of breath-energy flow through the body. Throughout the course, you will gain knowledge and hands-on practice in releasing emotional and energetic traumas, tensions, blockages, and pain from the body in a healthy, supportive, and safe manner.

As you progress through the training, you'll learn to use psychosomatic awareness through the lens of Polyvagal Theory and energetic practices that will enable you to identify the held-back somatic and psycho emotional tension in your clients' bodies, giving you the tools you need to help them release their pain and come into an state of alignment.

This training involves more than 35 hours of practical work, it is primarily designed for holistic therapists, coaches, lightworkers, or psychologists and anyone who wish to deepen their understanding of the Nervous system and add tools such as Breathwork and Somatics in order to better serve their clients.
