You’re invited to join Maggie for a Samhain Gathering on Sunday 8th November, 2.00pm ~ 4.15pm at Maitri Yoga Studio, Belfast. 

Samhain on the Celtic calendar represents the threshold into a new year, a descent into the darkness where everything begins. Nature is turning inwards and mirrors back to us - what do we want to take with us to nourish us through the winter? What are we finishing, closing, what leaves are we shedding? We meet the Cailleach, the hag or witch, who is the Goddess of Winter and our ally as we journey through the darker months. 

This workshop will offer practices connecting to the energy of Samhain;

• Gentle movement, yin, restorative, nidra
• Celtic & seasonal wisdom 
• Community circle
• Time for rest and reflection
• Creating a Samhain altar

The  workshop is a trauma-informed and mental health aware practice that is inclusive of all bodies and experiences. No prior movement or meditation experience is required.
