Welcome to Maitri 💚 Idyll 💚 Yoga pop-up!

We're delighted to join forces with Esme and Michael at gorgeous wee café / restaurant Idyll. They like plants, we like plants. They like coffee, we like coffee. They make great food, we like eating great food. And we both love community! So it's the perfect match!

Thursday 3rd April 

Join us for a 40 minute yoga taster upstairs at Idyll, beginners absolutely welcome. It is upstairs and there is no option for a lift at this venue. We'll provide the yoga mats but if you want to bring your own then of course please do. Then head downstairs for a little snack and drink and to make friends with your fellow participants, Claire your yoga teacher and Esme from Idyll. 

MORNING 10.30-11.30am

EVENING 6-7pm

£15 for the experience and booking essential through Maitri Studio's booking page linked here. Make sure you choose MORNING or EVENING pass and then register for the one you want to attend. There are ONLY TEN places per taster session.
