Iyengar yoga workshop with Aisling (Oct 2026)

Aisling Guirke, senior Iyengar yoga teacher based in Dublin, returns to give monthly three hour long workshops for regular students, teacher trainees and teachers. You should be a regular yoga practitioner (not necessarily from the Iyengar yoga tradition) and familiar with sirsasana (headstand) and sarvangasana (shoulderstand). We'll be doing poses from Levels 1-3. Alternatives always given if certain poses aren't within your remit at the moment!

These are a wonderful opportunity to learn with your peers, benefit from Aisling's great experience of a lifetime of practice and many visits to the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.

Autumn dates in 2026 are:

• 2nd September (taught by Claire)
• 7th October
• 4th November
• 2nd December

9.30am-12.30pm, £35 or £25 if money is a barrier to attendance. Book via the student portal.
