Soundhenge Ireland Gong Bath (5th October 2026)

Sound bath with SoundHenge Ireland on Mondays fortnightly

Lisa & Brian invite you to join them for a deep immersion into Sacred Sound & Vibration every other Monday evening at 8.15pm.

Using giant gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, rattles and a variety of world instruments they produce evocative soundscapes which encourage deep relaxation and meditation whilst restoring positive energy balance for the body, mind & soul.

• 05 & 19th October | 2nd, 16th & 30th November | 7th & 21st December 2026
• The gong baths are held at 8-9.15pm and the cost is £25
