You’re invited to join Maggie for a Dreamtime Workshop on Sunday 12th January, 2-4.15pm. 

Deep Winter invites us into a space of resting and dreaming.

At such a dark time both in the season and in humanity, dreaming is a tool we can use to envision new ways of being, relating, existing in this shared web of connection with human, animal and nature beings. What would supportive systems and communities of care look like?

The space between Winter Solstice and Imbolc is called Dreamtime. A space for us to dream up new possibilities, ways of being and seeds of intention to plant at Imbolc.

This workshop will offer practices connecting to the energy of Am Brionglóideach ~ Dreamtime:

• Somatics, Restorative, Yin  & Yoga Nidra practices
• Reflection, Dreaming & Journaling
• Celtic Wisdom & ritual
• Gathering in community
• Creating a Dreamtime altar

The workshop is a trauma-informed and mental health aware practice that is inclusive of all bodies and experiences. No prior movement or meditation experience is required. 

Come along in your comfy clothes, cosy socks and bring anything you’d like to add to the altar…be as creative as you like with this!
