Special Ashtanga yoga led class with Gabriella

Gabriella brings a special Ashtanga yoga led class in tribute to Sharath Jois on Saturday 14th December 9-10.45am

Join us ( Ashtanga Yoga Belfast ) for a dedicated practice in memory of Sharath Jois, the esteemed Ashtanga lineage holder and teacher, who sadly and unexpectedly passed away on 11th November 2024.

We will come together to practice to a recorded led primary series by Sharath Jois, accompanied by a video projection of the Mysore Shala. This will offer us a small glimpse of the profound energy and inspiration he so generously shared with thousands of students in Mysore and worldwide.

I will be there to assist and support everyone throughout the session.

Please note:

• Familiarity with the Ashtanga sequence is recommended but all levels are welcome.
• Simply practice as far as you have learned in the Mysore room or attempt the postures that feel accessible - there is no pressure to go beyond your current level.
• Please arrive early so we can begin promptly
