Acroyoga classes with Lu

Lu from AcroYoga Belfast continues with regular weekly classes throughout Easter and into the summer term:

• Wednesdays at 6.30-8pm

Join Lu for acroyoga classes in which you will be taken step-by-step through introductory flows. They are designed for beginners but is open to any level. Working in groups of three or four, you will cover entries, poses, transitions, and sequencing.

We recommend joining with a friend that can work with you either as a base or flyer but please don’t hesitate to join as an individual.

Classes in November and December are pay as you go:

• £16 per class for a single student
• £32 per class for a pair/couple

Who's teaching?

Meet Lu, your fitness coach and acroyoga teacher. Having a gymnastics and aerial dance background, Lu dove headfirst into the world of acro in 2016. She instantly fell in love with how acro combines the best of acrobatics and dance. Since then, Lu has been spreading the joy of flying to others.
