Phoebe Mann Yoga

We’re delighted to have Phoebe join us for Ashtanga yoga style classes on a Friday evening.

• 6-7pm Fridays from 15th September 2023, no class on 22nd September
• £8 per class
• Please bring own mat to class, though mats are available here if needed

Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is an energetic style practice in which postures are synchronised with the breath. Ashtanga is more physically demanding than other styles, but postures can be modified for different abilities and anatomy (so don't be scared!!) When practiced regularly, Ashtanga can help develop strength, stamina, flexibility and help to create a still and focussed mind.

Phoebe is an Ashtanga practitioner and teacher based in Bangor and Belfast, Northern Ireland. She offers Ashtanga style classes, to which EVERYONE is welcome of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Phoebe completed her training - 200hr YTT with Ríonach Yoga - in 2023.
