What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a non-invasive, touch technique which involves applying gentle pressure to the feet. Areas on the feet correspond to organs and parts of the body and the treatment balances and relaxes the individual.

What is Reproductive Reflexology?

Reproductive reflexology can be used to enhance natural fertility in men and women or used alongside assisted cycles. It uses specific, prescriptive protocols to address fertility health.

What is Maternity Reflexology?

Maternity Reflexology use very gentle techniques/avoids certain points at various stages of pregnancy to provide ease and relaxation for the mother and baby.

What is Indian Head Massage?

Indian Head Massage focuses on massaging acupressure points on the head, face and neck. It is relaxing and can improve physical and mental well-being.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a healing technique using gentle hand movements with the intention of balancing an individual’s energy.

What is Therapeutic Sound?

Therapeutic sounds uses notes, instruments and the voice to balance an individual’s own vibration, along with the client’s intention for the session.
