Iyengar yoga for 2020 at Maitri Studio

Note: all classes at Maitri currently suspended due to coronavirus action

Iyengar yoga at Maitri Studio

Iyengar yoga is an all-around practice of yoga, encompassing postures and breathwork, focus and concentration, and all the elements of the 8-fold yoga path. Iyengar teachers undergo long term training, many more than the common 200hr training of modern yoga schools, so you are in safe hands. Our 1hr30 and 1hr15 classes are longer than the 60 minute standard in most studios, and we tend to have smaller classes (20 max) so you get more attention.

We have something for everyone!

Make the most of your 10-class pass! Many of you have been attending with us a for a while - is it time to step it up?

If you're new, be inspired by the options on offer. Many teachers to choose from, so ideal if you can't always make the same time each week, or if you'd like to come more than once a week.

Always check the calendar here to confirm what classes are on and to register. All passes are available to buy online.
