YOGA FOR MENOPAUSE - embrace the change

Would you like to learn more about the stages of menopause, discover ways to manage your menopause symptoms and embrace this new phase of life?

If so, join me and other women for a 6 week course, running 28th October - 9th December (no class 11th November), as I guide you through yoga practices, breathing techniques, meditation and cognitive behavioural therapy strategies designed to help alleviate the main symptoms of menopause, such as hot flushes, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, irritability, low mood and brain fog.

Each week will have a different focus as we explore the transition from peri menopause to post menopause. We will begin each class with a women’s circle chat. This is a lovely opportunity to share stories, wisdoms, fears and insights. A chance to learn and grow together. You will benefit from the support of other women who are also going through peri menopause and post menopause and leave with a toolkit of techniques after the 6 weeks.

It’s amazing to witness the power of women when they gather together, everything just seems that little bit more manageable when we realise we are not alone and when we fully embrace the wonder of our body.
