Saturday 10th June 2023 2.30-4.30pm with Xenia and Penny

Join Xenia and Penny for a transformative afternoon of calming yoga and sound therapy. Facilitated by yoga teacher and musician Xenia Pestova Bennett together with sound healing and gong bath expert Penny McCleery, this nourishing two-hour session will treat the participants with restorative yin yoga combined with transformative sound therapy.

During the workshop, you will nurture the deep tissues and organs of the body through gentle and stabilising held yin poses, soothing breathwork and visualisation. At the same time, your ears and every cell of the body will be bathed with beautiful therapeutic bells, bowls and a special gong for a profound experience that invites healing and stillness into our busy lives.

All are welcome, no previous experience required!

Please wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement or breathing.
