Teen yoga with Zoe

Teen Yoga & Art is a relaxed, inclusive class exploring breathwork, creative movement, poses, partner games and mindful relaxation. The class will conclude with a mindfulness-based art activity to bring greater insight to the chosen theme.

Mats and materials are provided, however participants are welcome to bring a sketchbook and pencil case if they wish.

• Saturday 8th & 22nd April 4-5pm
• Price is £7 for one hour class
• Suitable for 13 – 18 year olds only
• There are limited places available, so booking is essential

About Zoe

Zoe is an accessible yoga and arts teacher working with community groups across the greater Belfast region. She lives on her farm in the Castlereagh Hills with her husband, three children, a dog, some hens and a dozen cows.
