Pilates taster class with Janette (October 2023)

NEW: Pilates Thursdays 7.45-8.45pm - taster session on 5th October 2023

We're delighted Janette Milling is starting classes at Maitri Studio having moved to Belfast recently.

Pilates has tremendous benefits - core, posture, back pain, bone strength to name but a few and is suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level, age, body type, or any other factor.

Come along on Thursday evenings for a warm welcome from Janette.

Janette is offering a taster session on Thursday 5th October. So, if you have you been thinking about trying pilates, now is your chance, taster class for all abilities. "Following 15 years of attending classes, I decided to share my love of Pilates with others and became a qualified Pilates instructor in July 2019, having gained a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in mat-based Pilates. In my free time I am also a keen yoga enthusiast, but Pilates, for me personally, is my first love."
