The intention of this course is to provide the space and support for participants to develop or re start their mindful meditation home practice. The practices will be based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s work and include the body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and more.
This course includes:
• 4 x 1-hour sessions practicing mindfulness meditations including the body scan, mindful movement, seated meditation practice and more
• Free access to 2 zoom meditation groups: Monday evening 7pm and Thursday morning 7am
• Guided meditation recordings
• A journal to complete home practice notes and insights
• Telephone or email support as required during the course
• Daily home practice (carried out by students)
