Mama Moves

A dance class for all parents and caregivers, grannie or grandas out there with baby in a sling!

Babies 0-12 months, a fun way of moving, laughing and bonding with your baby. Connect over tea & biscuits afterwards. Online option available.

Kerry's classes continue into the new Autumn term, every Thursday at 10.30-11.30am

£45 for 6-week block

About Kerry

Kerry started dancing from preschool and then found her passion in Modern Dance and Contemporary when she was 10 years old and never looked back. It had been her dream to teach since day 1 in the studio, wanting to bring the joy of dance to anyone and everyone. She qualified to teach Modern Dance in 2014 and got involved teaching at schools and studios around her home town in Durban, South Africa. Eventually she owned her own studio offering Modern, Ballet and HipHop to kids and adults.

After moving to Northern Ireland 3 years ago she fell pregnant with her second baby. Realising how much she loved dancing with her baby (while her toddler wrecked the place around her!) she decided to bring it to the wider community.

Mama Moves helps new parents to connect with fellow parents & caregivers while having a laugh and dancing and bonding with their baby. All while getting a gentle workout in!
